A healthcare entrepreneur, educator, and community development advocate, Dr. Davidson is from the parish of Westmoreland, Jamaica and currently resides in Los Angeles, California for 35 Years. He has the distinction of Travelling to most of continent in the world. He is a graduate of Church Teachers’ College in Mandeville, Jamaica and was awarded a Jamaican Commonwealth Scholarship in 1984 to Edith Cowan University in Perth, Western Australia under the aegis of the Australian Government. He is Married to his High School Sweetheart for Thirty -Five Years and have three Teenage sons.
Dr. Davidson attended Universities in the USA earning degrees up to a Doctorate in Business and Healthcare Management. Dr. Davidson worked as an Educator for over Ten Years then moved into his own business as an Entrepreneur in Business and Healthcare for over Thirty- Five Years as well as working as an Administrator in Home Health, Hospice, Non- Medical care Services, Staffing Agency, Health and Rehabilitation Specialist in a Clinic, Rehab and Hospital Setting. He has extensive Credentials in Non-Profit work for over Thirty- Five Years. In addition to his Healthcare Business that Grossed Millions in Revenue and employed over 500 Staff, he is involved as a Volunteer in Non- Profit work in the United States for over 35 Years working with various Caribbean American and American groups to help the less fortunate in our communities. Dr. Davidson and his Executives and Board of Directors was instrumental in capturing the National Association of Jamaican &Supportive Organizations work for over Forty Years in the Book “NAJASO A CATALYST FOR CHANGE.” Dr. Davidson have received numerous National and International Awards for his work in Non -Profit Organizations and as an Entrepreneur. Dr. Davidson was awarded THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA LIFETIME SERVICE ACHIEVEMENT SERVICE AWARD 2021 for his Voluntary Service in Non-Profit work for over Thirty-Five (35) Years, his Philanthropic work, and Educational Development. Dr. Davidson was also inducted in the Prestigious Marquis Who’s Who Biographical Registry in 2021 based on his Philanthropic Work, Voluntary Service, Noteworthy Accomplishments, visibility, prominence, and a Change Agent.

Our cost of sale is relatively low, as this is a service agency and the primary costs involved in providing the service are those related to payroll and the use of technology. The costs of sales reflect the cost of mileage reimbursements to employees because the services we provide are home and community-based and require travel to and from service locations.
VALUE AND TRAINING
Uni Healthcare Inc. with a current patient population of 90, a Staff population of 100. 80% of the staff are Personal Care Assistants that are fully trained to be able to maintain their current job and to move up to Certified Nurse Assistants, Certified Home Health Aides, Licensed Vocational Nurse, or even Registered Nurse.
EXPANSION OF SERVICE LINE
We are pleased to report that as of January 1, 2022, the President joined forces with an exceptional team to acquire The Wright Home Care, Inc. and Loving Care At Home, in Greater Los Angeles. The agency has over Thirty Private Duty Contracts, 120 Staff, and 243 Patients. 75 % of the staff are Personal Care Assistants that are fully trained to be able to maintain their current job and to move up to Certified Nurse Assistants, Certified Home Health Aides, Licensed Vocational Nurse, or even Registered Nurse. With Loving Care At Home, we ensure that our clients receive proper home health care that are good for their condition. With our home health care, our professionals provide skilled nursing services and ensure that each individual under our care receive the proper health intervention that they deserve.
